» Ensure effective client management processes are followed (e.g. regular
meetings, project updates)
» Conduct regular team reviews to identify upcoming client needs and
requirements
» Setting up project meetings and running meetings
» Act as the primary point of contact for the client taking a medium term view of
client requirements
» Provide leadership on project management processes and procedures to the
team
» Line-manage/mentor a group of project leaders and build a strong delivery
team.
