1 What is an SIS
Ans The SIS (Supplier Information System) collect and store information on suppliers

11 What are DANA Incorporated Global IDs
IMDS (for automotive applications only). Use Dana Incorporated IMDS ID: 2259

Why is it necessary to fill-in excel forms if our current IMDS submissions are fully compliant to all

IMDS regulations regarding the below mentioned regulations?
It’s great that you are submitting all data in IMDS, but we at Dana is maintaining all supplier data at
our Dana Live portal, where in we will managing all Dana supplier data centrally for all compliances

question. As I review the parts we supply to Dana, I do not find any that are automotive, yet it

downloaded from Live source. If we do not supply automotive parts are we still required to
complete and submit the information for IMDS? Thanks for your help.

We are a new supplier for DANA, We haven’t supplied any part for DANA yet. We are negotiating

No, if you haven't supplied any part, no need to provide documents, but yes once it’s finalized you

I register on your supplier platform.I did so and chose a password. But no User Name had been

assigned, thus, I cannot access “Material Compliance Reporting in SIS card”.

19 What would happen if supplier not meeting those standards?
Dana Incorporated is obligated to comply with a number of international environmental regulations
Ans also we would like our suppliers to follow the same, those suppliers who will not follow or not
meeting those standards, Dana will review its decision of doing business with those suppliers.
