Our commitment
Deal Registration with UiPath is a commitment backed and supported by UiPath Rules of Engagement and the UiPath
Code of Conduct. We take your investment in our business seriously. Deal registration recognizes your investment in
customer development, reduces channel conflict, and enhances open communication to accelerate the sales cycle. Every
deal that you enter activates a workflow that coordinates UiPath sales and/or partner teams to engage.

What you can expect from UiPath:

No competition
We will not compete to resell or deliver UiPath solutions for a customer opportunity when deal registration has been
accepted.

Resources for success


We will provide enablement and support to help you succeed.

Integrity
We will not exchange data which may represent commercially sensitive information (whether their pricing or our prices to
other partners/customers, proprietary technology innovations, etc.) with actual/potential competitors and will not share
customer and/or deal registration information between partners.

Responsiveness
We will provide our best effort to accept or decline a deal registration request within 3 business days.

Communication
We will maintain open communication with the partner on matters pertaining to the opportunity.

Additional discount
UiPath offers an additional discount for all approved Resell, Renewal opportunities with upsell only and BPO/MSP
opportunities where the end user customer is identified.

• Deal Registration does not qualify for customer RFP scenarios.

• Deal Registration does not apply to flat or downsell renewals

• Deal Registration does not apply to Partner Internal Infrastructure opportunities.

• Deal Registration does not apply to the UiPath United States Public Sector Partner Program.

Principles
UiPath will accept deal registration for individual sales opportunities, not accounts. An accepted deal registration is good for
ninety (90) days. After 90 days, a partner can extend registration for an additional 90 days if they are active and engaged to
win the business. A partner’s involvement in positioning UiPath during the initial term of the registration will be considered in
our decision to accept or decline an extension request.

To be considered for approval, a deal registration requires the following information:


• Opportunity name

• Account name and location

• Partner and partner contact name

• Type of opportunity (new business)

• Delivery method (resell, BPO, managed service)

• Estimated revenue to UiPath

• Estimated close date

• Product(s)

• Currency

Expectations
UiPath expects partners with an accepted registration to demonstrate:
• Valid opportunities backed by evidence that the customer has a project, budget, and expects to purchase within 90
days of the registration.

• Commitment to leading with a UiPath solution upon registration approval.

• Active participation in developing the opportunity.

• Appropriate resources and skills to close the deal.

• Proven, good relationships with the customer and a strong likelihood to win the business.

• Proactive communication to keep the UiPath team fully apprised of developments in the registered opportunity.
