Cynics H4K Series - CNC4210

1. Install Hikvision Tools(V1.0.0.2) Setup.exe to find the IP address of the camera.

2. Enter the IP address in Internet Explorer or Firefox
Firefox. E.g. 192.168.1.23

3. Login with default User Name and Password such as below.


a) User Name: admin
b) Password: 12345

4. If cannot view the camera video, please click the hyperlink in the middle grey box to install the
WebComponents.exe

5. Please set the Device Name same as the Folder Name of the camera configuration created in
EpiCamera. E.g. cam1

6. Please set and check the IP address of the camera.

7. Please set and check the RTSP Port of the camera. EpiCamera will use this port to stream
video.

8. Please create and set the DDNS in order to access the camera from outside.

9. Please fill up EpiCamera FTP Setting (https://www.epicamera.com/user_camera_setting).
a) Server Address: 122.248.238.163
b) Port: 21
c) User Name: Your FTP login in EpiCamera FTP Setting
d) Password: Your FTP password in EpiCamera FTP Setting
e) Confirm: Your FTP password in EpiCamera FTP Setting
f) Directory Structure: Save in the parent directory
g) Parent Directory: User Device Name
h) Upload Type: Tick Upload Picture

10. Please set the Snapshot Interval to 5000 millisecond.
