ACCESSED VIA INTRANET.DILG.GOV.PH, IS UPDATED. IF THERE ARE
OFFICIALS NOT ACCOUNTED FOR, KINDLY COLLECT THEIR ELECTED LOCAL
OFFICIALS PERSONAL DATA SHEET, APPOINTMENT, OATH OF OFFICE, AND
ID PICTURE, AND ENCODE/UPLOAD THESE DOCUMENTS IN THE SYSTEM NO

SUBJECT : UPDATING OF THE ELECTIVE LOCAL OFFICIALS


PROFILING DATABASE SYSTEM (ELOPDS) NOT LATER
THAN AUGUST 9, 2024

DATE : July 29, 2024

This pertains to the Elective Local Officials Profiling Database System, which can be
accessed at elopds.dilg.gov.ph.
In view of permanent vacancies caused by death, resignation, and appointment of new
local officials, we respectfully request all focal persons, Information Technology
Officers (ITOs), and ELOPDS administrators to update, approve, and complete their
respective local official personal data sheets (ELOPDS) in the system by Friday,
August 9, 2024.
It is imperative that all data must be accurate and up-to-date to ensure the integrity
and reliability of the database. Therefore, we urge every Focal Person, ITO, and
ELOPDS Administrator to thoroughly review the information for completeness and
accuracy before submitting it for final approval.
Further, we remind all concerned Provincial and Regional Focal Persons, ITOs, and
ELOPDS Administrators to promptly approve the encoded data for their respective
cities, municipalities, and provinces under their jurisdiction. This step is crucial in
maintaining the consistency and reliability of the profiling database.
