Contract Overview
My project is centered around showcasing and promoting talented artists like yourself. I believe that
physical artwork still holds a special place in the art world and I want to highlight that. While I do
appreciate physical pieces (Prints), I believe selling/buying arts as digital assets (NFTs) is the best
possible way to bring artists like yourself, collectors, and resellers together to interact and also to bring
art piece to the right spotlight.
In my NFT collection, I aim to curate a diverse range of art forms, including paintings, sculptures, and
mixed media works. I want to create an immersive experience where people can appreciate the beauty
and craftsmanship of traditional art.
I’m intrigued by your art piece, your mixture of ideas and colors is exceptional, I see them as valuable
additions to my NFT collections. Your exceptional style has already caught my attention and I believe
they would resonate with fashion brands who I auction my arts to in my exhibition ...
Pricing Breakdown
Item Cost Details
We will introduce the NFT arts
in as a web3 project. The arts
36 NFT Artworks $4000 (per NFT Art piece) will be resold and used as
auction NFT cards
in the metaverse.
Proper minting of NFT is
essential for putting your art
works in the right spotlight.
Minting fees depends on the
NFT marketplace and the
amount of traffic the
NFT Minting $270 marketplace is expected to
handle.
This fee is to be paid on each
NFT Minting.
Once art is minted/uploaded
on the blockchain network, the
authenticity of the art pieces
Royalties 20% on each resale remains with the artist. The
artist is entitled to 20%
royalties on every resale on
each art piece.

Payment Policies
• All payments would be made in Ethereum digital currency as this is applicable to all NFT
marketplace irrespective of the fluctuation of ETH price on the digital market.
• All payments/transactions would be made and carried out on the NFT marketplace where we
would trade to avoid loss of funds and Ethereum.(find link below

• Initial Deposit: Transaction would begin with the minting/purchase of three (10) art piece to be
minted on the NFT marketplace where we would trade.
• Final Payment: Transaction would be completed and payment would be made immediately after
purchase of already minted art piece, if both parties accept the terms of resale and purchase.
Terms and Conditions
• Ownership: The NFT owner holds the token but not the copyright or other intellectual property
rights of the artwork. The creator retains all right to the digital artwork, including reproduction
and derivative works.
• Usage Rights: The NFT owner may display the artwork on any NFT market place for use/resale.
• Authenticity: The NFTs authenticity is guaranteed by its presence on the blockchain, permanently
linked to the creator.
• Transfer and Resale: The NFT may be resold or transferred on any supported marketplace, with
these terms still applicable.
• Liability: The creator is not liable for any loss or issues related to the NFT, including market
fluctuation or technical errors.
• Confidentiality: All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential.
