FLOW CONTROL VALVE - VT 119

V-MAK ow control valves are specially designed for accurate control of
ow and pressure in water works and integrated water supply scheme
for villages, towns and city for 24x7 water.

These valve are used as self regulating valve with use of pilot valve for
automatic control without power or operated through 2(1 NO + 1 NC)
Solenoid Valves.

Flow Control Valve are provided with normally close-sol. valve on inlet side
and normally open - sol. valve on outlet side. This ensures that valve
remains fully open in case of no power or power failure situation

Automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a constant lower outlet

topside of control diaphragm causing main Valve to counteract pressure
changes and hold a constant outlet pressure. The regulator will reduce
the upstream pressure to a constant downstream pressure regardless of
the change in ow rates/or inlet pressure.

Auto Re-circulation on a Refueller to control the pumping

pressure of Air Crafts.
Solenoid Override or Pneumatic Override to safeguard the
system. This can be operated remotely to re-circulate full ow.
When installed in Main line, it prevents upstream pressure
dropping below preset value.
When installed on a By-Pass line, it controls main line pressure by
relieving excess pressure in By-Pass/sump.
Ideal for pump by pass to protect the downstream equipments.
Relief pilot (VT16) is normally closed due to spring tension.
With increase in upstream pressure above set value, Pilot (VT-16)
opens which makes Main Valve to open fully.
Spring Range: Standard: 20-200 psig. Optional: 5-30 psig.

ALTITUDE CONTROL VALVE - VT 117

An altitude control valve controls the level of high rise overhead tank(ESR).
When the level in the tank drops below the set value, this pressure drop
is sensed by Altitude Pilot, which opens the valve. When the tank is lled
up/ reaches the set level, this high pressure is sensed by Altitude-Pilot,
which closes the main valve and prevents overow. This type of Altitude
Control Valve should be used when the supply pressure is appreciably
higher than the head developed by a full ground storage tank or reservoir.
Higher water saving by low cost automation. Height differential of level is
adjustable with simple adjusting screw. Valve and senseline are installed
at the ground level, Eliminating risky maintenance at the top of tank.

SLUG CONTROL VALVE - VT 112

VT 112-R Filter Separator Control Valve with Float Pilot

The valve is installed on Filter Separator along with complete Float

Operated Control System (VT 65-8) to monitor and control the water level
in the Separator.
In the event, water level rises above certain level, the Slug Control Valve
(Fueling Valve) will close automatically and Water Drain Valve will open
allowing the Water to Drain
Once the water level drops to safe level the Fueling Valve opens allowing
the Fueling to start and Drain Valve closes.
Entire system is foolproof for Aircraft Fueling.

A hydraulically operated pilot controlled modulating type
pressure relief valve is design to maintain constant up stream
pressure and to minimize surging.

Installed on a by-pass line, mainline pressure is accurately controlled

by relief excess pressure. This valve can be used for pressure relief,
back pressure, up stream pressure control and many more.

Installed in a mainline it prevents upstream pressure from dropping

(sustain) below present minimum
