AD Authentication General Enrollment SOP
Internet connections should be proper and switched on during the enrollment activity.
Device enrollment will be only supported by the custom apk mentioned in the link below.
Sharing of the data, apk and Organization ID is only for the internal team and HDBFS
Users.
Sharing of data outside the organization is strictly prohibited.
Follow the below mentioned steps in order.
3.) Open the application and click on “OTHER ENROLLMENT OPTIONS” >>> “ENROLL
via EMAIL”
4.) You will receive a Page to enter your credentials on the page,
SELECT “BYOD or Personal (Work Profile)”
On the email ID section you have to enter your email ID in the format [email protected]
ORG-ID = Y6VW1E (Unique code for enrollment. Enter the ORG-ID in CAPITAL)

5.) Click on the check box “I agree to the terms of use” and then click on NEXT.
6.) Click on Create when you receive the following the page to create a work profile.
7.) Click on “Accept and Continue” and wait for the application to create work profile.
Please wait for sometime and wait for the work profile to set.
8.) After this you will receive an option to “SIGN in using ONPrem AD” Click on this.
9.) After this you will get a Chrome page where you have to click on “Accept & Continue”
After this you will be asked to add an account click on “skip or no thanks” as shown in the
image.
10.) This will then direct you to a page where your AD based email id will be filled automatically enter
your ADID password there and click on “Sign IN”
After you click on the permission a new page will open allow only scalefusion having suit case logo
on it. Let the other applications permission remain as it is.
13.) After this accept all the permissions in the same way and all the permissions present should be
green after this click on NEXT.
14.) After this wait for sometime for the the applications to be downloaded.
Click to download your required application.
15.) After that you can access your work related applications on the work side as a partition will be
created on your device one for the personal side and one for the work applications as shown in the
image below.
FAQs for Enrollment through Scalefusion
Error message received “Can’t Setup work profile” while enrolling the device.
- List of Google/Android enterprise devices listed
https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices/ which are supported for
EMM\MDM. Device list gets updated based on new devices registered with
Google/Android. Devices which are not listed will face issue for MDM enrollment and
functionalities. Contact support team for more clarification.
Work profile on personal device.
- Admin has rights to manage applications only on the work profile created.
A work profile is a managed section created on the device. No personal profile or
applications are impacted because of this. Work application have a suit case logo on
them.
Application crashes issue application comes back to home page or goes back to
playstore automatically.
- Please have patience while enrolling your device and don’t take any prompt action
without support team. After you click next or proceed ahead at every step wait for
sometime at every level as it requires some time to proceed and sync data. If the next
step does not shows up please do not click back or your home button. If still the next
page does not shows up delete the scalefusion agent application and install it again from
the link given.
