DataMites Internship program is designed to provide hands on project
execution experience for the candidates, who have successfully
completed the course. The program includes capstone and client
projects so that the candidate gains technical and business knowledge
as well as real-time experience in delivering production level projects.

INTERNSHIP APPLICATION

• Project Team will be formed with 2-4 members by DataMites


Internship Program Management.
• This team members list will be communicated to all team

• Project Team will be formed with 2-4 members by DataMites


Internship Program Management.
• This team members list will be communicated to all team
members through registered emails
• The change of team member, isn’t recommended as the
project team is formed considering complimentary skills and
experience. If any exceptional reasons will be dealt case to
case basis.

PROJECTS SELECTION

PHASE-1 CAPSTONE PROJECTS:


• 4 capstone projects to be selected from the list of 25+
projects.
• Duration of the project will be 20 days per project.
PHASE-2 CLIENT PROJECT:
• 1 client project to be selected from the list of 5+
projects.
• This is 1 month duration, so 30 days per project.

DATAMITES Tribe

• DataMites Tribe is a guided discussion forum for posting


questions as well as for contributing by answering other
questions.
• This forum has dedicated mentors from DataMites to ensure
your questions are answered within a day.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES

Daily Report:

• Report individual Tasks, planned work for tomorrow


Issues, risks, Team attendance(text).

• Daily Status report should be submitted through the

Project Community:

• All project discussions, including technical clarifications,


business questions, bug fixing needs to be posted on
DataMites Tribe. These questions are answered by
Project SMEs from DataMites, usually within 1-day
timeline. https://tribe.datamites.com/

Weekly Project Calls:

• Project team should attend the weekly project call with


the program management team to discuss the progress
of the project.

• Meeting schedule: Every Saturday 8:00AM, 3:00PM,


9:00PM IST. Project team can choose slot as per their
convenience and time zone.

DELIVERABLES & SUBMISSION

• Deliverables as defined while project assignment should be


submitted at the end of each project.
• Delayed submission should mention the reasons for delay,
while submission in other comments section.
• All deliverables includes documents, code files must be
submitted through form

EVALUATION & GRADING

• The project deliverables will be reviewed and graded by team


of experts and results will be shared along with feedback.
• The grades will not be mentioned in internship performance
report.

INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE

• Internship certificates will be issued on an evaluation of


performance in these 5 projects. 70% attendance is min.

• Internship certificate will be e-certification format.

• The project grades will not be mentioned in internship


certificates.

NON COMPLAINCE

• DataMites Internship Program Board reserves the right of not


issuing Internship Certificates to individuals, who have not
contributed to the project. This includes, but not limited to,
attendance , missing daily reports, missing weekly project
calls and overall performance.
