Revenue assurance and fraud management is a telecom project which is having the data of different
subscribers of DIGI(Uninor) of Malaysia. We will receive the CDR from the different sources through the
mediation we will load them into the system, represent them as graphs in the reconciliations. If there is any
missing files or CDRs from any source we will analyze it and we will find the issue and missing records from
the source and we will raise it to team
❖ As part of L2 Support team, we are responsible for doing the regular health checks of MailRx,
Fairfax and XRx applications to ensure hassle free business.
❖ Taking an active part in resolving the issues that are being raised by users through HPSM.
❖ Working with users and reps to check their application issues/enquiries over the call or chat.
❖ Performing Various Data loads from different vendors for effective processing of the customer
needs.
❖ Understanding the business flow from the business users to address the issues or clarifications with
utmost satisfaction.
❖ Performing log analysis in case of any abnormality in the application and to ensure error free
business.
