Project /Product: SAP SuccessFactors BizX Suit (Free implementation and support)
Client : North American and European customers
Description :- SuccessFactors , an SAP Company , is a cloud-based application. BizX delivers
business alignment , team execution ,recruiting execution ,people performance and learning
management solution to organization .SuccessFactors is designed to optimize and mange a company’s
most critical assets –its people, money , customer and supplier.

Responsibilities:
 Did Customization of customer’s instance a per the requirement like text replacement ,
created dashboards, created custom fields.
 Gathered customer requirement and based on that prepared Specification document and
defined Development days .
 During implementation of Employee Central – did customization of all the seven data model
as per customer’s requirement like prepared many propagation logic , created workflow for
any data change in employees record , configured and created graphical report on advance
tool called Online Report Designer (ORD ) .
 Did customization of many Foundation Objects , made label as per customer requirement.
 Created reports for customers using different report designer tools like Adhoc report , List
View reports , Dashboard reports ,classic reports , spreadsheet reports .
 Created many ODS ( Operational Data Source ) reports as per customer request by making
join in front end as well as in the backend .
 Fixed Standard EC report in ODS .

installing Oracle DB application, Installing Compiere Application, running Database back
up ,etc.,

 Have configured the project using eclipse and have worked with team, from synchronizing
developed code till committing to the SVN
