THE NEW AGE
LAW SCHOOL
The field of law has evolved significantly due to
globalisation and digitalisation. This has transformed
the way legal services are approached, moving away
from traditional doctrines. Courts and tribunals are now
embracing technology to deliver justice more efficiently.
To succeed in this new era, law professionals must be
adaptable and possess a diverse skill set. This includes
expertise in business, design thinking, data analytics,
technology, finance, commerce, geopolitics, human
behaviour, and international affairs.

The School of Law at UPES provides high-quality legal

education in this digital age, emphasising outcome-
based learning and the integration of new-age learning
technologies. Our future plans involve a strong emphasis
on digital learning, combining technology, digital
resources, live instruction, and experiential learning.
Through our global partnerships, we provide valuable
international exposure to our students.

At the School of Law, we are committed to equipping our

students with the skills and knowledge required to thrive
in the evolving legal landscape.
