Key Features:
We’re seeking a principal software engineer with expertise in ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, SQL,
JavaScript, and jQuery. You will begin at 10 hours per week for the first 8 weeks. If you see
potential in the business and wish to grow with us, the role can scale to 20 hours per week for
an additional 12 weeks, and ultimately to a full-time position with a mix of stock options and
salary.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct morning code reviews with our overseas development team and our principal
software engineer and product owner to ensure quality and alignment.
● Collaborate with our product owner, developers, and system administrators to support
and elevate their skills.
● Incorporate cybersecurity best practices, review pen test results, and implement
recommended improvements.
● Bring DevOps and QA experience to optimize deployment pipelines, testing, and
automation.
● Occupationally fix urgent issues related to code, Azure, or AWS infrastructure even late
at night or early in the morning.

Compensation:
At first this arrangement will start as an independent contractor agreement, If we work well
together, the arrangement can be a combination of stock options and salary, with growth

major technical and business milestones are met, then there will be a handsome cash bonus.

Interview Process
First Round: A one-on-one conversation with the product owner to evaluate cultural alignment,
personality fit, and overall compatibility with the team.
Second Round: A meeting with the principal software engineer and product owner where
candidates will have the opportunity to showcase projects they are particularly proud of. This
round includes technical questions aimed at understanding the candidate's decision-making and
problem-solving processes, such as:
Third Round: A rigorous technical interview conducted by the product owner's technical
mentors. This stage is designed to challenge candidates’ skills and ensure alignment with the
mentor’s and principal software engineer’s expectations, as they will be working closely
together. Candidates are encouraged to prepare thoroughly for this in-depth evaluation.
