Key Responsibilities:
● Research and Contact Management:
○ Conduct online research to identify and find relevant contacts.
○ Enter contact information into the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
● Content Management:
○ Copy blog posts from Microsoft Word into WordPress.
○ Fill out the appropriate fields in WordPress, ensuring content is formatted
correctly.
● Communication:
○ Send messages on LinkedIn and other platforms as needed to engage with
contacts or clients.
● Social Media Management:
○ Post content to social media platforms as directed.
○ Monitor and respond to engagement on social media channels.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and WordPress.
● Experience with social media platforms and posting content.
● Excellent organizational and research skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Must have a mobile device capable of running Cisco Duo and Microsoft MFA.
● Ability to install and use the Cisco Secure client for anti-malware protection.
