2. Low-slope roof - Install one layer of Flintlastic SA PlyBase roofing $0.00


membrane to roof surface.
- Install one layer of Flintlastic SA Cap CoolStar modified
bitumen roofing material; self-adhering.
- Color to be Colonial Slate (Gray) unless otherwise
specified.
(install along parapet walls)

3. Pitched roof - Apply one layer of DiamondDeck high performance $0.00


synthetic underlayment as base sheet.
- Install new Certainteed LandMark Pro shingles.
- Color to be Georgetown Gray unless otherwise specified.

4. Sheet metal Inspect and replace all vents, chimney stacks, flashings, etc. $0.00
that are otherwise unserviceable.
- Replace four vents.
- Replace one drain outlets.
- Replace one scuppers and two downspouts.
- Replace gutters.

5. Workmanship Warranty The described above work carries a workmanship warranty $0.00
of 60-months (5 years) from the date of completion.

Permit Fee Permit fee will be added to the total once permit is $0.00
acquired and included in the final invoice. (~$450 min.
