project goals, and expected outcomes.
• 29/01/2025: Weekly Meeting — Finalize Chapter 1. Present initial project structure. Start
planning Chapters 2 (Literature Review) and 3 (Methodology).

February:

• 05/02/2025: Weekly Meeting — Discuss progress on Chapters 2 and 3. Review literature


sources and methodology.
• 12/02/2025: Weekly Meeting — Present draft of Chapter 2 (Literature Review) and
Chapter 3 (Methodology).
• 19/02/2025: Weekly Meeting — Finalize Literature Review and Methodology chapters.
Start outlining Chapters 4 (Data Analysis) and 5 (Results).
• 26/02/2025: Weekly Meeting — Review the finalized Chapters 2 and 3. Begin drafting
Chapters 4 and 5.

March:

• 05/03/2025: Weekly Meeting — Present preliminary data collection and results (Chapter
4 and 5). Discuss how data supports project objectives.
• 12/03/2025: Weekly Meeting — Review data analysis and results. Discuss integration of
data with system prototypes (software, hardware, network, etc.).
• 19/03/2025: Weekly Meeting — Finalize Chapters 4 and 5, present early results, and
further integrate project modules.
• 26/03/2025: Weekly Meeting — Ensure all modules are tested and functional. Review all
progress to date. Complete draft of Chapters 4 and 5.

April:

• 02/04/2025: Weekly Meeting — Full draft review of the project. Present completed
software/hardware/network modules and their integration. Begin writing Chapter 6
(Conclusions).
• 09/04/2025: Weekly Meeting — Review system integration, finalize conclusions, and
discuss adjustments for all sections.
• 16/04/2025: Weekly Meeting — Present finalized Chapters 1-6. Conduct final tests of the
system. Start final adjustments to report and project.
• 23/04/2025: Weekly Meeting — Review any outstanding sections and prepare for final
project submission. Ensure all modules are integrated and working.
• 30/04/2025: Weekly Meeting — Final review and corrections to Chapters 1-6 and project
modules. Make final improvements.
May:

• 07/05/2025: Weekly Meeting — Present the completed project with final corrections and
ensure everything is integrated and functional.
• 14/05/2025: Weekly Meeting — Conduct a final review of the report. Confirm that the
project is fully working.
• 21/05/2025: Weekly Meeting — Final review of the report and project. Prepare for
submission.
• 28/05/2025: Weekly Meeting — Submit the final report and project.

Important Notes:

1. Weekly Meeting Attendance:

• Attendance at weekly meetings is mandatory every Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 12:00


PM at the LIT office.

2. Penalties for Missed Meetings/Deadlines:

• Penalties for missed meetings or failure to meet deadlines: Two palettes of water for
missed deadlines/meetings. Removal from supervision after 3 missed meetings.

3. Preparation for Meetings: For each meeting, the student should:

• By the day of the meeting:


o Ensure they have a printed A4 copy of the project, including:
▪ A detailed description of the project and its current progress.
▪ Challenges encountered and areas where they need guidance or input.
▪ Suggested adjustments or improvements based on feedback or findings.
o Prepare demonstrations of the working modules or components of the project
(software, hardware, network, graphics, security) as applicable.

Meeting-by-Meeting Requirements:

• January 15th: Present an initial project outline, including key modules and their
anticipated integration. Begin Chapter 1.
• February 5th: Present the draft of Chapters 2 and 3, with progress on the design of each
module.
• March 5th: Demonstrate functional prototypes or module components and present
Chapters 4 and 5 with initial data.
• April 2nd: Present the full draft of the project (Chapters 1-6) and a working prototype of
the project modules.
• May 7th: Present the final version of the project, with all corrections and final tests
completed, ready for submission.
