As requested in the letter cited, we accept to offer our services to verify the structural design
and detailing of the proposed construction of Bus stand at Devakottiyur.
Our charge for the above work including University overhead charges (30% of the
consultancy charges) and GST of 18% is Rs.91,332/- (Rupees Ninety One Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty Two Only) as enclosed. The said amount may please be paid through E Transfer
or DD drawn in favour of “The Director, CSRC, Anna University, Chennai”. The necessary bill of
charges and Account Details of Anna University is enclosed herewith.
Kindly make sure that the attached data sheet is filled up and returned to the
undersigned along with the payment details.
It is also informed that University is exempted from TDS deduction and kindly do not deduct
TDS.
