1.0 Introduction
Dipesh Infosys is an It firm in dhangadhi. They deal with different kinds of all kind of IT products. The
firm is an authorized dealer in selling computer software and hardware parts.The strategic strength of
dipesh infosys are its large scale value.
Kmc college is well known college in kailali. It provides many programs . Bachelors of Business
Administration (BBA) is one of the important program of this college. The internship program is
compulsory for the students under the faculty of Business Administration. The duration of the
program is about 8 weeks. However I have chosen dipesh infosys to complete the program,during the
period I worked in the company.After completing the practical work ,I have prepared the report.
Dipesh infosys is one of the growing IT firm which accept me as intern and helped to complete the
program and it also help to prepare the report by providing information regarding the report. Under
the supervision of experience staffs my internship is done. I have prepared the report focusing ,all the
aspect of the company by cunsulting with my guide for project.

The main objective of the report is to serve my academic purpose as a part of BBA course and that is
based on my internship experience . Completing the report is compulsory to all the student. My main
focus in the report is the fulfillment efficiency of the Dipesh infosys.
TO know the number of customer orders (Co’s), lines and pieces per peek day .
Every article or reports are prepared by following a concrete methodology. The success of the report
depends on the following methodology in major portion. Without following a specific methodology
the reports fails to serve its purpose.

The mission is to supply the best quality of product and services to clients on time with 100 %
satisfaction. The company never fails to use the best business practices in a professional manner. The
company operates a clean and safe workplace the protects the environment.
2.2.1 Location
Dipesh Infosys has 2 branches in DHANGADHI city .Out of which 1 is located at Budhhachowk and
other is located at ratopool Buspark. They supply their products all over different places of Nepal
including very remote area of our country.
Dipesh is a dealer and distributer in the field of IT products and only 1 authorized dealer of CG
products in far western region. They distribute goods all over Nepal. Dipesh major client belong to
hospital industry ,education industry like school ,colleges and education institution , hotel industry
and many local people also.

The company handles major 15 categories of products of from 12 different kinds of Brand they are
(Apple, Dwell ,CG,Canon,Epison,elica,brother, greece ,consistent ,Acer,d-link,Tata)
The company has around 20 employees . The working shift is 9:30 to 6:30 . The major portion of
the work contain stock maintenance and selling activities.
The company does the following work in terms of checking and dispensing products.
The order is taken from the customers,which are make as executive orders then as sales
orders. Now products that are ordered for are taken from the storage where material of taking
is done. The off took material are sent to invoice section then to packaging section . final
inspection is done and again invoice is done finally the product is dispensed.
When an import is carried the company pays 1 to 30 % import tax and 13 % tax in the form
of vat.
