CLIFFORD AND MARICAR: Welcome to the Cotabato City Institute Incorporated Parents' Orientation and General
Assembly for the School Year 2024-2025.
CLIFFORD: It is my distinct honor and privilege to acknowledge the presence of our esteemed guests and school leaders.
To the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. George U. Lao, our dedicated School Principal, Atty. Eugenio U. Soyao,
MAEd, our dynamic Vice Principal and Academic Coordinator, Mrs. Sainthia C. Gonzales, LPT, MAEd, our FLA Focal
Person, Siensi Belly U. Agraan, as well as the esteemed members of our faculty, parents, and students, a warm welcome to
you all.
MARICAR: Ladies and gentlemen, I am Mrs. Maricar S. Bautista, and alongside me is Sir Clifford B. Balmes. We are
honored to serve as your Masters of Ceremonies for this significant gathering.
As we begin today's program, may I request everyone to please rise for the invocation to be led by Ms. Hearty Mae J.
Quijano, Grade 5 Adviser, followed by the singing of the national anthem, which will be conducted by Ms. Shella Mie S. Aso,
Kinder 2 Adviser.
CLIFFORD: To formally open our program, may I invite Ma'am Mary Claire C. Henson, Grade 9 Adviser, to deliver the
opening remarks. Let us give her a round of applause.
MARICAR: Thank you, Ma'am Trixie, for the warm welcome and inspiring words.
At this point, we are privileged to hear an inspirational message from our active and dedicated School Principal. Please join
me in welcoming Atty. Eugenio U. Soyao, MAEd. Let’s give him a warm round of applause.
CLIFFORD: Thank you, Atty. Soyao, for that motivating and heartfelt message. Your words serve as a guiding light,
inspiring both parents and teachers to work hand in hand for the success of our students.
MARICAR: Before we continue, I would like to acknowledge the presence of our very active and supportive parents. It's
truly inspiring to see all of you here, fully engaged and ready to support your children’s educational journey. Your presence
today is a testament to the vital role you play in their success.
CLIFFORD: At this juncture, we will be treated to a special number by Ma'am Maricar S. Bautista, my partner as well as the
Grade 10 Adviser. Please join me in welcoming her with a round of applause.
Thank you, Ms. Bautista, for that wonderful performance. Indeed, our teachers possess remarkable talents beyond the
classroom.
CLIFFORD: Let us now proceed to the core and purpose of our program—the orientation proper.
MARICAR: To discuss our school policies and discipline, please welcome our Prefect of Discipline, Ma'am Bhai Nehad D.
Soledad, LPT. Let's give her a round of applause.
CLIFFORD: Thank you, Ma'am Nehad, for clearly outlining the policies that will guide us through this academic year. With
this information, we are well-prepared to navigate the year ahead with confidence and clarity.
Next, to present our academic policies and grading systems, and to introduce our faculty, let us welcome our Vice Principal
As well as the Academic Coordinator, Mrs. Sainthia C. Gonzales, LPT, MAEd. Please give her a big round of applause.
MARICAR: Thank you, Ma'am Sainthia, for your thorough and informative presentation.
We will now move on to the presentation of the calendar of activities for this school year. Please welcome Ma'am Dea Mae
E. Fernando, LPT, our Program/Activity Coordinator. Let's give her a round of applause.
CLIFFORD: Thank you, Ma'am Dea, for providing us with a comprehensive overview of the exciting events that await us
this year.
Before we conclude today's program, I would like to invite Ma'am Jeannylyn P. Machutes, LPT, Grade 1 Adviser, to deliver
the closing remarks. Let’s give her a round of applause.
MARICAR: Thank you, Ma'am Machutes, for your insightful and inspiring words.
CLIFFORD: Next is to introduce our newly elected Parents and Teachers Association or PTA officers for school year 2024 –
2025. These individuals have been chosen to represent the interests of both the parents and the school, ensuring that our
partnership in the education of our children remains strong and effective.
Please join us in welcoming and congratulating our newly elected PTA Officers as their names are called.

Thank you to our newly elected PTA Officers for your willingness to serve and contribute to the success of our school
community. We look forward to working closely with you throughout the year.

As we conclude this Parents' Orientation and General Assembly, let us take with us the knowledge and enthusiasm we
have gained today.
CLIFFORD: Remember, the journey of education is a collaborative effort between the school and the home. Together, we
can ensure the success of our students as they strive to achieve their dreams.
CLIFFORD AND MARICAR: Thank you for your participation, and let’s look forward to a successful school year ahead.
MARICAR: Before you leave, we would like to remind everyone that the checking of attendance will be conducted by the
respective grade level advisers. Please make sure to meet with them before you exit to ensure that your attendance is
properly recorded.
