STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

• Titan is a part of Fashion Accessories Industry faces a stiff competition


from multinational companies . There is a need to focus on the specific
issue or challenge the company is facing. The analysis of Market
Competition, Supply Chain Disruptions, Product Innovation and
Differentiation, Financial effectiveness and environmental forces helps to
face the challenges.

FINDINGS
• The major strength of the company a strong market position by utilizing its
established brand image as a subsidiary of the diversified Tata Group. It is a
well-known brand worldwide and in India.
• The weakness of the Titan’s capacity to develop and provide competitive
technologies will determine how much more traction it has with tech-
savvy consumers in the future.
• Opportunity of the company There is an excellent case for entering
foreign markets, where customers now view timepieces as fashionable
accessories.
• Economic factor of the company Since the middle class considers these
products to be luxury, Titan needs to make sure that the consumer has a
great experience with its product, and gains the value for the money he
expends.
• The company has evolved with the changing trends. To accommodate the
youth, new brands were launched, which to date have very little
competition e.g. Fast-track.
• The company technological factor is recently has launched a smart watch
for women that helps them stay connected with their loved ones and stay
safe. It has a system that allows users to send SOS messages with their
location.

• The company environment factor of, believes in improving lives, not just
by creating products, but by creating a sustainable environment for the
future generation.

• The company of product is focuses on offering innovative, high-quality,


and design-driven products across categories.

• The financial year of2021-2022 is the current ratio is 1.71%.


SUGGESTIONS
– It is suggested to add customization to their watches to
attract the different customer base.
– It is suggested to supply more models of products to face the
competitors in the market.
– It is suggested to improve current ratio in terms of financial
analysis.
– The company faces fierce competition from global player is
some sectors, like watches & jewelry so they should invest in
tech and innovative designs .
– The revenue is mostly from the Indian market the company
has not expanded geographically much.
CONCLUSION
• Titan is a solid player in the Indian consumer goods space,
with strong growth potential, a diversified portfolio, and a
robust financial position. Its ability to innovate and adapt to
changing market conditions has enabled it to maintain a
leadership role across several categories. The company is
well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory, though it
must remain vigilant to the competitive pressures and
economic factors that could impact its performance.
