What is it with every European country acting like they are uniquely obsessed with Donald Duck, to the point where it is a matter of national pride.

🇮🇹 Italy: Basically runs the entire brand for the continent outside of the Netherlands.

🇳🇱 Netherlands: Has it's own mega successful weekly comic book with original characters that basically no one outside of the Dutch speaking world knows about.

🇳🇴 Norway: Invented the term "Donaldism".

🇫🇮 Finland: Don Rosa is effectively the patron saint of the country???

🇸🇪 Sweden: Their number one TTRPG features a player race based on Disney Ducks. There's also been the whole lawsuit regarding Arne Anka.

🇩🇪 Germany: Put out a fanmade Duckburg map project that got so huge that it made national news. Also created the Duckomenta.
