Why all this silence? No one is doing anything. Israeli missiles bombed the tents of the displaced at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. The bodies of children, women and men were charred. No one was able to save them from the severity of the fire. Why all this failure, O world, where are the rulers? Where are the institutions that claim to be institutions that protect human rights? Where are we? We are going. We have never seen anything like this before. Please make our voice heard to every official, to everyone who can do nothing. O God, be with us, O God

These are simple scenes from what happens every day in the north. If people do not die from the missiles, they die from hunger. There is nothing more unfair to humanity than this.

How many people here have autism or have a loved one with Autism? Can you imagine what it must be like to have a condition characterized by distress from loud noises, and being in constant pain and fear due to the unrelenting sound of bombing and guns? A condition characterized by fear and aversion to change, when your neighborhood, home, and life before, all gone and reduced to rubble?
I have been corresponding with Duaa, her son Omar is 5 years old and in dire condition, he is autistic and needs treatment due to the trauma of the bombing and missiles. Their family is still in Gaza in horrific conditions under threat of disease and death, Duaa's father had a stroke due to the unrelenting stress and is unable to get treatment. She and Omar were able to escape to Egypt but she cannot work as Egypt requires them to have a permit.
