At the very beginning, we see Will and Brand walking at night, the background is blue and there's a red light on the characters. Blue and red as a combo are recognised as wishbone colours. Further in the mv (and also in this song mv) we can see those two colours keep appearing.

In the romanticism and impressionism period, blue symbolised longing, nostalgia, hope and optimism, as well as melancholy, loneliness and despair.

In Asia the colour red is commonly associated with luck and happiness, but in western culture it is seen as a symbol of sexuality and anger.

Not only that, but the fact both characters are in red is a wink to the drink - vodka cranberry - which is a red drink.
