but i understand that oceania dont have a spot in tier 1 coz they havent showed anything to prove they deserve a team in tier 1
they basically lost any chance of relevance when order went bankrupt right before partnership starts unfortunately - they were supposed to get a spot over ge if that didn't happen from what i heard, sadly isolation is hard to deal with
Ever since OCEANIA got denied VISA from NA LCQ in 2021 (entire year wasted), OCE became part of APAC/Pacific scene 2022 onwards.
