the archives

situated just outside of lanternlea port is an impressive old building which houses the multi-flight dawn archives, which seeks to chronicle as much of the world as possible under the watchful eye of head librarian octavia. researchers from across sornieth reside alongside archive staff as they work to record the knowledge of the realm, but anyone (in theory) is welcome to a room for a night and a cup of tea with the teahouse owner iseut.

the troupe

near the archives stands a series of tents owned by a nameless artistic collective composed of various creators and performers. admissions fees are pay-as-you-can and dragons from lanternlea--not to mention the researchers at the archives--can often be found taking in one of sibyl's dances or vesper's magical performances.

the farseers

this roving band of explorers and divinators has taken up residence near the archives, though they do not seem too keen to interact with the researchers or archive staff. they mostly keep to themselves, but they are always happy to bring on new recruits to their cause. what is that cause, precisely? you would have to ask their lead divinator...
