This clan was formed by dragons who were once near death, abandoned, rejected, or believed to be dead by their original clans. Its lair is carved into the border that separates the Wandering Contagion from the Starwood Strand. This area is uniquely strange, even ethereal, as creeping rot and the eldritch influence of the arcane fight for dominance over the landscape. It tends to be a home for the weird and oddly tough. So far, there is no official leader, and personalities often clash.
