Have you added to the pinglist. As for guidance on how to use the star badges, I will try to help. I do better with specific questions, so please bear with me if I tell you something you already know how to do while trying to answer this question.
Also, I almost never play by phone and I see according to your clan page you tend to play from your phone exclusively. My phone is tiny and trying to do anything with codes from it is a nightmare for me lol.
Essentially though, I think you just have to hold down on the text within the coding box for each badge after you've earned it by giving the related dragon a like.
This is a coding box:
Text in the code box says: Hold down on this text until your phone highlights it. Then stretch the ends of the highlight in each direction until it's highlighting the whole code box. Now just find your "copy" button/pop up/icon - however that function apears on your phone.
Hopefully you have now copied what's in the code box. Navigate to whichever dragon bio you want to place the star in (or your clan page or signature), click to get into editing mode and just hold down in the spot you want the code long enough your phone prompts you with a paste option. Some phones you don't have to hold your finger on the screen you can just tap where you want it and then tap an autofill for what's in your copy template.
Save whatever editing mode you were in and the star should be where you placed it, already full linked. You don't have to do anything else but enjoy (and make sure you don't claim as your own work or delete the credit link).
