Dont know exactl what you mean by 'come naturally' ...but all genes can be applied via a gene scroll. Genes dont just magically appear on dragons. Either they are applied via scrolls or they inherit the genes from their parents. So to get Opal you will need to buy a gene scroll and apply it to one of your dragons, or buy a dragon that A) has had the scroll applied or B)Has a parent who has Opal...

I collect opal. This doesn't remind me much of it, though... more like polished agate halves/slices. Oh well. It's a neat gene, still!
