I teared up at the end of Undertale's true pacifist run, and a couple times in Stardew Valley. :')
Also, Hollow Knight has made me cry tears of pure rage at a couple points, so does that count? lol
Edit: HOW could I forget Pokemon MD: Explorers of Sky? That game made me cry like a baby! It always manages to get me at the end. Seeing my poor partner break down like that after I disappear,,, ToT. That game is literally the definition of nostalgia for me, I could probably play it over a hundred times and not get bored of it.

So far only one game has really made me cry, Final Fantasy X
The dang ending got me silently sobbing at like, 2:00 in the morning. Like, the main dang character, who you've played as for almost all points in the story, had to leave his friends and his love interestttt. Don't even get me started on the part of the final scene where he hugs Yuna after she gets up from running to him and falling on her knees like bROOO the wAterWOrksSSs. And right before the battle that leads to that cutscene you also see another big character in the game dissapear like wHYyyyYYY i dIdn'T thInK I hAD thIS mUChh TeAArS i CouLD SheDDDD

Hoo boy where do I start
Games that have made me absolutely sob were the true endings to UNDERTALE and NieR: Automata. Others include Persona 5, Katawa Shoujo, The ending to the first season of The Walking Dead, probably a lot more that I'm forgetting!

Okami and Red dead Redemption 2. I was pretty depressed for a couple of days after RDR2.

Lord of the Rings Online.
Surprising? I know.
The Third volume of the main storyline gets you super attached to a good number of characters, then the Fourth volume slaughters them mercilessly. No one is safe. Oh, and while you're still bawling from several consecutive deaths, you still have to fight on. No break to process anything. The last two books of volume four hit deep, man. They hit deep. Directly after Pelannor Fields? That hurt. Golodir deserved better.
And the Witcher 3. The ending of the main game left me emotionally spent for a good few days.

A ds game called Solatorobo. Literally no one ever talks about it and it’s such a good game. It might just be my bias but I remember vividly crying to the ending of it. If you can get past the fact it’s furries in mech suits it’s such a nice game. It came with a cd that had the sound track on it and I still have it to this day. And talking about the music? It was wonderful. I remember playing the music on my ds so I could fall asleep. If you have the time I’d recommend you listen to the intro theme that you’d hear when you start up the game. You can listen to it
here. It had such great graphics for a ds game and a fully animated intro. I wish more people would love this game,,,

Legend of Mana.
If you've finished the Jumi arc you'll know why.

The Witcher 3!
My sister spoiled me that depending on my choices Ciri may live or die, when Geralt arrived at the Isle of Mists I genuinely thought it was over for Ciri. Seeing Geralt this heartbroken coupled with amazing OST got me teared up.
That and Vesemir's death
Edit: Can't type :/

I know literally everyone has said it but, The Walking Dead Game is definitely the most ive cried at any piece of media ever. Holy ****, i grew up with this game, and so many of the deaths broke my heart but EVERY SINGLE TIME i rewatch the ending of seasons 1 and 2 (kenny ending) I cant not cry. It doesn't help that I made so many friends through that community and it basically shaped my "childhood."
Danganronpa SDR2, the 4th chapter execution made me cry. which is strange, since i honestly didn't think I cared that much for the killer. they just.. did that execution really well. which is strange since the rest of them were so poorly written and ridiculous i think.
if i remember any others,, im certainly gonna add them

Assassin's Creed 2 and Assassin's Creed: Black Flag. I won't clarify because I would hate to spoil them, but feel free to PM me if you don't mind spoilers or have played them and want to know what parts made me cry.
