Hello! Thanks for hosting this giveaway.
Did you know that dogs have extra muscles in their “eyebrows” that allows them to express what we call “puppy eyes”? This was unintentionally bred into dogs during domestication, and wolves do not possess these muscles. The one exception is that huskies lack them too.
Here is my shadow Veilspun who reminds me of a light dragon.

Here is Kayden, he's one of my impulse buys on the auction house. Although he's a lightning dragon, he fits a light rep.

Did you know? Some small dams generate drowning machines, which are vortexes of water (kind of like a washing machine) that are nearly impossible to escape.

The other night I came across
this fun game where you guess animals and get hints based on classification to narrow down your guesses to get the mystery animal. They don't have every animal but its a fun variety and its cool to see where different critters diverge.

The word "photography" means writing or drawing with light and was coined by English astronomer John Herschel in 1839.
This is the negative of a photograph he took, with glass as the medium instead of cellulose acetate. It is of the mount for his father's 40-foot telescope.

This is a print taken from that negative:

Here is a rendering (artist unknown, but the signature seems to read "Slydel" for the last name) of the mount with the telescope ready to use.
