I believe Creamsicle is trademarked, but trademarks don't apply in the general sense. It's only trademarked in the sense of it being a frozen dessert, so FR could use it as a color descriptor. I looked into the color wheel change, and it was evidently changed to cause less confusion with users from outside the US as it's not something that is as common a household name as it is here.

love love love this update, i will always be happy to have more new apparel/colors since dragon dressup is the most important aspect of this entire site to me, the red/green carousel apparel is gonna be so cool for so many of my dragons and the black halos are excellent!
my one big gripe is seeing some of the patterns requiring food items (and some of them being gathering-only items at that), the list of Food Items You're Actually Not Supposed To Feed Your Dragons With is already way too huge and it's incredibly frustrating to see that problem get worse with an otherwise fantastic update. i sincerely hope a gathering & feeding overhaul is coming soon, it's already far too difficult to try and keep large lairs fed & we really do not need more and more food items to get taken away for other site features, especially a brand new feature that could have easily been created without this problem.
