My little cousin assigned us all costumes this year haha. I love to coordinate with her when I get the chance. She is on a Stitch kick right now, so I will be going as Lilo and trick-or-treating around the neighborhood with her! Have some other family coming on the same day so I am looking forward to spending time with them.
Also, the other costumes in this thread sound AWESOME!

i bought a 30 dollar grizzly bear onesie supposedly arriving tomorrow so . my college has this halloween event i wanted to dress up .. it was either a bear or a lion but the bear was cheaper LOL

I went to a Halloween party last night and didn't really dress up (I lowkey thought it was next week until my partner (whose event it was oops) reminded me a few days before.) About half of the people in attendance dressed up and the other half didn't, even my partner kind of just put a hat and back-piece on lol.
He is also hosting a Halloween event at a local game store the night of the 31st, and if you show up in costume you can get a free cheap TCG pack. Thinking about maybe doing a Denji cosplay; I have a Pochita plush I can use as a prop and I can just pick up a blond wig.

I honestly haven't done any work on a costume, but considering Kpop Demon Hunters is going to be ~the~ popular costume this year, I thought it would be super fun to go as a Huntr/x fan. It's easy and I can instantly vibe with anyone I see dressed as one of the characters!
Although I am still a bit salty that I chopped ~18 inches of hair BEFORE I saw the movie, so I can't go as Rumi. T_T I def had the hair for it!

I'm working at a haunted house this year so my halloween costume has already been picked out for me! The house I'm scaring in is scarecrows and jack-o-lantern themed so I got picked to be an evil pumpkin monster which is a lot of fun. It's required that I come in and work on Halloween night, so I'll be showing up to the usual Halloween party I attend super late and disheveled from a long night of scaring. We don't get to take our haunted house costumes home ;-; so I don't exactly know what I'll be showing up to the party in. Some of the peeps I work with at the haunted house told me about a ren faire in my area at the end of November so I've been shopping around Spirit Halloween this month looking for ren faire costume accessories and stuff so I may just show up to the party in my ren faire costume???

Im going to a wedding during Halloween this year (my brother's) and him and his fiance want everyone to dress up after the wedding! I ordered a mothman onesie!

I am going as Mystery and my daughter is going as Rumi from Kpop demon hunters. I was able to find a really nice "How it's done" outfit for my daughter. I bought some purple braiding hair to make a braid that I can just braid into her hair real quick. I'm making my Mystery costume. There was a nice wig at Spirit this year that I'm cutting, hopefully it will work. I just finished custom Mystery, clip ons and I'm crocheting the sweater vest and arm warmers. But since I'm ebil I'm doing his outfit from the Idol Awards - grey sweater with his patterns on it.

On a side note - have you heard AFI's new album? There's a very emo cowboy song on it. I never remember song names, but if you listen to the album its one of the first songs lol.
