Chroma is an extremely maternal dragon, so much so that many dragons have mistaken her children or other younglings in the clan as her charge (her charge is in fact her bear familiar). She had a lot of problems with self-doubt when she was young, but she gained a much stronger sense of identity after joining the clan and is currently one of the older and most trusted members. Her back legs are scarred and she has a pronounced limp, making the wraps important braces for support. She doesn't like taking orders from anyone who isn't her parents or otherwise ranked high in the clan, but that rarely leads to conflict now that she is experienced and a capable leader herself. The tribes couldn’t bear a heavy loss and go into war, especially with the winter frost setting in and causing food to be scarce, but Bullroarer failed to see that, only focusing on his desire to expand and conquer. She faced him, first trying to use her words to appeal to his personality and see the risk in such a course of action. When he still refused, she challenged him to a duel – in which she won, but not by strength alone. It was her cunning with her strength that turned the tables, and also turned Bullroarer’s heart and affection. After a long while of courtship, Ravanahatha agreed to be both his mate and chieftess. His bio for inspiration is: Bard and his sister Carnyx adopted Bullroarer as a brother after the untimely death of his parents. They grew up together, going on adventures, doing feats of strength and bravery, and venturing into unknown areas. They were thought of as troublemakers when they were younger but, over time, they proved themselves to be capable and reliable in their own respective areas of skill and knowledge. Bard is seen as a bachelor that cannot be tied down, using his charm and charisma to earn the affections of others. However, it is a tactic that he adopted to hide his lack of confidence caused by excessive bullying when he was young. No one would’ve guessed that he was bullied because of his handsome appearance and charismatic behavior, although Carnyx can see right through it (as she was the one that helped stand up against the bullies). However, it was Carnyx who helped Bullroarer gain favor with the tribe, deferring the role when the majority proposed him to be the new chieftain and proposing his brother to take the role instead.
