A constellation familiar? Just stars that form a picture - could be an actually existing one (then maybe one from the southern and one of the northern hemisphere?) or ones that only exist on sornieth

I think Fairies and Pixies would be such a great choice. Searching this topic, it looks like they've been suggested for over a decade, too.
[item=Pixie Procession] [item=Ethereal Entourage]
Aside from the above apparel items, I tried to dig up items related to them to unearth official lore. There's quite a few named after them, but the vast majority lack descriptions with faerie/pixie info.
The few items with descriptions are only tongue-in-cheek references rather than information (which is not a jab, mind you-- I love FR's cheeky item descriptions). For example:

From my search so far, I've found only one actual lore snippet for Sornieth's faeries: Wispwillow Grove's description:
[columns][nextcol]
"If any part of this darkened land can be called beautiful, it is the grove. All manner of giant glowing fungi dot the terrain, providing the only light that does not fight its way through the murk that hangs above. Among these mushrooms, trickster dragons chase firebugs and faeries, content to capture some for the eerie lanterns that illuminate their hovels and caves."
[/columns]
So what's possibly the only thing we know about them is they get captured for light sources. Ironically, rather dark. But! I think a few familiars would be a great lore expansion or "band-aid" of sorts. Here's some more specific familiar ideas:

A faerie familiar with tools to bust its fellow faeries out of lanterns. Possible cat burglar vibes.

A faerie/pixie that offers its light to dragons in exchange for something? So instead of being a dragon's prisoner, it's free and just helping a dragon out in exchange for an item or something it wants. Maybe a faerie/pixie scribe carrying a feather pen, and it helps a dragon compose letters in the dark. Or perhaps it was given a favored snack to munch on while it sits on a dragon's desk and acts as a temporary desk lamp.

Faerie/pixie guides. They can be hired to willingly guide dragons through the darkest, most tangled parts of the forest. No dragon-made lamp housing required!

Lamp/lantern-makers. Faeries/pixies collect and use their dust to craft lanterns, which they then sell to dragons or beastclan members.

YES more succulent familiars! Jade plants are fun shapes. Echeverria and Haworthia likewise.
