I did the survey, did not experience any significant lag. Some additional notes though. FR time +3? (EST)
I did attempt day 1, but this was on a mobile device without adblock. The site ran very slow, coli was.... fine? Coli was about the only thing I could do. I don't know if the device or the lack of adblock had any influence on this experience though.
Was unable to play from xmas eve until the sunday afterwards. (lack of device access, holiday celebration, etcetc)
Post xmas, played on usual PC with adblock. Little to no noticeable site lag. I did get spikes at times during fam bonding (using the insane 2 page changing fam method) but they would pass after a few minutes. If I experienced a lag spike while fam bonding I'd take a break and go read the forums and come back to it after a couple minutes. Except for the fam pages, briefly, the rest of the site ran fine. I didn't really coli much (didn't really need to with fam bonding) so I can't really speak on how it ran during this period, I remember it being mostly fine.

I filled it out. For the first two or three days I had pretty severe lag, then after that it was intermittent but still happened sometimes, with internal server errors. These last few days of NotN, I had some intermittent lag that went away fairly quickly and no internal server errors.
Almost all of the lag was on the main server and not the coli server. Coli almost never had bad lag at all.

I'll make a nice signature eventually :(

FR ran fine for me for the most part, but I experienced lag quite consistently in my hoard, specifically the Other section (basically whenever I went to open my chests hahaaa). It would give me a spinny wheel and take a few seconds to load rather than being near-instantaneous. So like not the worst, but definitely out of the ordinary!

I voted no lag after the first day, but I forgot about hoard loading. The rest of the site was fine for me, but I did get a few seconds of spinny wheel when trying to access my hoard.

Same for me, I only had significant lag on the first day and the rest of the period was smooth as butter BUT the hoard did the spinny wheel loading a lot. But it didn't really matter since I just left it to load in another tab, so it didn't really affect me

I noticed FR was running fast in the morning to midday, then started lagging from about 19:00 to 22:00 European Central Time, where it was barely usable. images loaded lowly, coli fetching a new encounter took almost a minute, loading pages took 15 seconds. Popups took 10 seconds to appear. Not fun.
It was better during the Christmas holidays when I was coli grinding on my phone occasionally. But after Christmas? Lag ever evening.
It's still lagging right now for me. (21:10) Which fits in the laggy time frame mentioned above.

Adding on that I experienced lag both on PC and mobile, but since I tend to do most of my NoTN activities on PC I picked that one in my response. Coli seemed to run fine for the most part for me with only the occasional 500 error or "never-ending battles" / no loot screen appearing after the enemies had been defeated.
The forums/ my own hoard were a whole different beast and where most of the lag happened. For a few days the forums were unreachable and I would only get 500 errors if I tried to move into any thread.
I'm also FR +3 so most of the lag I encountered was either from 4:00-9:00 server time or 15:00 onward. A few days it was so bad that I checked to see if the site was still lagging and when I saw it was I just logged off for the day. A shame since NoTN is my favorite event [emoji=nocturne sad size=1]

I filled out this survey!
I wanted to say that most of this year, I gathered my chests while familiar bonding. So I had the most lag when the site was refreshing and loading the new images.

not to be that guy but I feel like this survey should have had more questions than just the 2 because I only experienced significant lag well past the first day of NotN and only for maybe like. a day or so.

the only time I experienced a bad amount of lag was after rollover this morning, which I assume is because so many other people were rushing to get their last-minute chest drops in?
but I am seeing other people say they experienced lag just after rollover on a regular basis actually, I wouldn't know since usually I do my dailies just BEFORE rollover and then go to sleep haha

FWIW it did have more questions past the first page, but I do agree that for an useful dataset we need all dates included as well as region and even I'd say browser. Plus a metric for how many days of NotN people participated in
