yeah i'd just use 'em if i want to age up a permababy. i've EY'd a couple dragons myself for very specific lore reasons, but i've also bought a couple that were already EY'd. i'm considering aging those ones up so that i can dress them, since dressing tends to be more fun than just a skin, and i don't mind spending an extra 200G to be happy with my own dragon.
(sure i could just dunk the dressed PNG in the bio, but i also want to see it in my lair, too. also potential Coli purposes.)
addendum: i would also age up a permababy if i needed to level it. most of my permas i want to have at lv 25, so yes, i am one of those people that would grow it up, level it, and permababy it again. [emoji=ridgeback laughing size=1]

yes! this guy was a baby but i had enough treasure laying around that i used a noc scroll + maturity scroll so that i could put the skin on asap:)

I've used them many times because I'm stupid impatient and want my dragons grown now so I can dress them xD Mostly gen1s for myself though.
I used one to age up a dragon I wanted to use for a glitched skin and didn't want to wait for them to grow up in case the skin was fixed by then.

Ive used a scroll of maturity on a permababy dragon to be able to coli level it then permabab it again. Ive also used one i think to dress a dragon immediatly cuz i didnt want to wait but nowadays it would just be the former if i use one again
