@tigressRising sorry for the late reply, I didn't set up my document for speed and I had to fix that before I could get everyone's their plot at pace, so I've only just seen your message. Ye, you can grow mushrooms in 10 squares per day, then you can grow more the next day. Each square has a chance of growing anywhere between 1 and 5 mushrooms though, so if you're REAALLY lucky, you could theoretically manage to grow 50 mushrooms at once
