Got a big announcement to make.
I forgot to consider many things when making myself a Jan 1st 2024 deadline for the new, self-tracked, year-round version of Ylli's Star Quests. These considerations include wanting to manage a new daily dragon spotlight thread, possibly starting a Flight Rising specific youtube channel, and a ton of real life things. Also forgot I wanted to run another big raffle for my birthday in the last full week of January (it ends on the 31st).
There is now a generous (for me) delay of the official questing thread to go live for June 24, giving myself plenty of time to not only get those easier/temporary things underway, but to hopefully also commission an expert spreadsheet wizard to with FR currency to help me make something easy to use and largely self-sustaining for all participants without much need on my end to do a whole lot to keep it going.
This will allow us to run non-stop without much need for a "leader" and allow me to focus on occasionally awarding custom stars and sharing nifty themed badges with you all as I have the energy.
I have a lot of other activities I'll be continuing in the meantime. You can view the major ones in the raffle, which you are all cordially invited to check out. If you lit any of my dragon's stars, you can claim free tickets for each one!
As for Ylli's Star Quests, my sincere apologies to anyone disappointed in not having the planned for Jan 1st debut. You all have been so exceptionally kind to me about this and I super appreciate your understanding and compassion as I wrestle with my own personal challenges and various neurodivergences that get in the way of my best intentions. Especially when it comes to over-estimating how much I can actually accomplish on the regular lol.

For those who are interested in the raffle, here is the pinglist for when it opens officially within the next few hours. This pinglist will also be activated when I add a new dragon to my perma-collection during the raffle (opportunity for more tickets), when a new prize has been unlocked, and for the last day to earn tickets):
