Finally getting cracking with this!
Left a like on all three pages of the Show Case tab! Some of these I'd already left a star on because I love your star badges. Special shoutout to:
Eloa: Wow! She's gorgeous! I absolutely love her macaw-like colours (I was so struck by her I didn't even look to the right to her familiar until just now lol, I promise the colours screamed 'macaw' before I ever saw the actual bird), it's so striking and unique while still feeling cohesive! The accent adds so much while being minimal and not cluttering. I love nature-y dragons that don't have the traditional brown or green colour scheme!
Solarius: I already liked them and told you how much I loved them when you first showed them off, but I just gotta do it again! They're soooo beautiful. The accent blends amazingly well with the Caribbean Paint. And the Fade and Soap are so subtle while adding more depth to that pure white primary. And the apparel is perfect too! Not one piece more than necessary. And the Faceted eyes to seal the ethereal look.
Dianthifolia: What can I say? Those colours just pop! I'm familiar with this accent line. Usually, when I get skins/accents I look for a dragon that can pull the full potential out of the skin, otherwise I try to refrain from using it. Dianthifolia definitely pulls that off here! Sapphire is bright and saturated enough that the black parts of the accent look stark, and the dark ends of the Paradise tie it all together.
Epilithicus: Hehe, I have this skin too so I'm biased (as you can see from my icon!). But Epilithicus is soooo stunning. Maybe I notice it more because of the difference from my own dragon who wears it, but that rich purple-brown belly from Mochlus is so beautiful. Slate was a perfect choice for this skin. Its accent colours work great with the skin, and the blue-grey of the fabric looks good against it naturally. The whole thing gives off a very full and rich feel.
Saisha: What really struck me with Saisha is how Innocent eyes often look a bit out of place on F-pose Auras, depending on their genes--at least in my opinion. But the skin here completely bypasses that. The flowers' size are a great fit for the Innocent eyes, making them not look too big, and instead just making them look a bit more youthful than usual. Her colours are innocent and regal at the same time, and I like how the Sailfin almost looks a bit like the ends of a bright dress. It does a great job of livening up the colours, preventing them from being too 'heavy.'
Morganite: Ah! Often Arcane-y dragons can look a bit same-y no matter how pretty they are, but Morganite doesn't have that problem at all. The Rainbow Starswirl shape is so good on M-pose Fae--I like how, combined with his golden accents and the stained glass texture in the skin, it creates this unique effect where his silhouette looks different than the typical Fae. Because of the contrast between textures, somehow.
Fiachra: I couldn't resist--I just love how xe looks. My favourite thing is those Roundhorns, combined with just xir normal primary colour--the head looks like a flaming skull naturally, which was doubtless the intended effect. And the apparel complements the look perfectly.
Exaltiora: ...Hey, wait a minute, I didn't realize until I looked more closely at the name that this is a TMA-related dragon! Anyway. X is really simple, but something just drew me in? I think it's the combination of how stark Moon Myrid is, combined with the swirling shapes of the Counselor Rings, and that stormy scene in the background. A great fit for the Vast. The colour palette is so beautiful too.
Zephyriel: As a Wind-lover, I kind of have to comment on Zephyriel. I think this skin is beautiful but hard to wear, but xe is literally made for it. The colours are perfect. I especially love the Bee--it works the best for that ornate, hard metal look from the skin. Wasp and Bee are heavily textured enough not to have a texture discrepancy with the strongly shaded skin, which most other genes would struggle with!
Othelia: I don't have anything fancy to say here, these colours are just gorgeous. I'm a sucker for brown and aqua. Spruce Koi is soooooo pretty. The Crystalcourt Cascade makes her look so regal. I like the minimal apparel, it works great.
Kai: NOT a minimal apparel wearer, and looks amazing!! Immediately stunning and striking. I love the bright colours for a Water dragon. This skin is of course extremely cool, and you've made the most out of it. The apparel draws out all the matching colours, while looking so cohesive that it's difficult to even tell how much he's wearing when you first look at him.
Datura: I feel... deja vu writing this, almost like I've gushed about Datura before, but I have no idea if I have or not. Either way! More gushing! They're just so stunning. I LOVE the fairy knight vibes. The mask really makes the whole look here, and goes perfectly with the skin. You have a knack for creating distinctive and eye-catching colour schemes even when working with XXX dragons.
Please don't quote me though, haha.
