First off, the distribution of stat points depends totally on the guide you're following and the build you're going for at the end! For the
build this thread uses, you will want to copy its 120str 62qck 30vit completely.
If you mean how would you do it while learning builds...? There isn't really a way, it's a lot of guessing!
Would you like us to finish your Mire dragon for you? All we recommend is it has Arcane eyes!

It depends on what you're after! Many users buy and exalt levelled-up dragons using the dominance system to gain money, or you can always make some loot grinders - that's not what this particular thread is about, but I can help with that at a later date!
I personally recommend trying to buy low level dragons and then levelling and exalting them using whatever dragon I give you later!
It will be a bit, I don't have a stock prepared :]
