GENERATIVE A.I.

- You may not use my art to train AI of any kind
- I do not accept AI generated images for reference

usage

- I reserve the right to post any commissions UNLESS the private commission fee has been specified + paid in full
- Completed art is for the client's personal use only. Client has full permission to use the artwork as they please, as long as you follow these rules:
- Do not claim my art as your own.
- Do not sell my art for personal profit
- I would like to be credited if you use or post my art

EXTRA CHARGES

- Heavy details: mechanical parts / mecha suits, large amounts of scales or feathers, wings, intense gore, blood, or fluids
- extra characters (add 75% of the original price
- Private commissions (add 20% of original price)

18+ NSFW THEMES

- must be 18 years of age to commission nsfw work, proof of age is REQUIRED

ADOPTABLES

TOS for commissions also applies to any designs, adoptables or ideas made by ZENOPHRENIC.- do not heavily reference my designs for commercial use.
- do not resell for more than purchased
- inflated resell prices allowed only when accompanied by either additional personal art or other works that have been approved by the original artist.

REFUNDS, W.I.P. SHOTS AND ALTERATIONS

- Mistakes made on my half will be fxed w/o charge
- I do not share WIPS for sketches or busts due to their quick process of completion.
- however, WIPS can be given at the commissioner's request.
- No refunds for: sketches, completed work, or abandoned commissions.
- Refunds for cancellations will be calculated to account for work that was completed.
- Once a commission is approved for me to proceed onto the next step, EXCESSIVE requests for alterations will be at an additional cost
