Hosts in West Hurley are required to obtain a STR permit number to host short-term stays (fewer than 30 nights). Short-term rentals are restricted to single-family, two-family dwelling, or accessory dwelling units.
The total cost to obtain a short-term rental permit is $250.
If the permit expires, the renewal fee is 50% of the original fee, with a minimum charge of $50. There is no renewal fee if the request is made at least five days before the expiration date. Find more information here.
