Vietnamese Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaves! (Bò Lá Lốt)

Seriously one of my favorite Vietnamese beef dishes! Super juicy seasoned ground beef wrapped in betel (la lot) leaves.

Seriously one of my favorite Vietnamese beef dishes! Super juicy seasoned ground beef wrapped in betel (la lot) leaves.
Steps

Marinate beef for at least 30 mins with all the seasonings.

Wash the leaves and pat then let them dry.

Assemble the leaf with glossy side down. Add beef onto the leaf and roll (towards the stem side).

Put onto skewers.

Ideally you grill these–otherwise just broil them and make sure to broil on both sides to let them cook evenly or pan fry. Or airfry at 375F for 8-12 mins, flipping halfway.

Garnish and serve!
