So it's been a while since I said anything about the next part of my video project. Originally, I had scrapped the idea because I was in a bad headspace and didn't feel like putting effort into something that would turn out to be useless. But after taking a break for a few months and looking at the progress I had already made here; I wanted to push forward and have something that would at least show that I wasn't entirely wasting my time.
This video was 70% complete when I shelved it so it didn't take much work to get something sharable.

A few thoughts. First, I'm sorry if you watched this and expected something that had more meat on it rather than just giving an overview of plot details. Marion's story is good but it's udderly [pun intended] boring to talk about. I think the quality speaks for itself. It's a very solid transformation and love story. I think if you are on the fence about the game or are weirded out by TF; Marion will do a great job and bridging the gap. Shit, I'd say it's even good enough to adapt into a show or something. That's how easily digestible it is. That being said, again, I can't really say much about it other than "it's good". The episodes on Jessie and Grace will be loads better. Both have a good degree to discuss. Both positive and negative. But that'll make for a more entertaining watch. Even now, the Jessie part is structurally finished. At least with my initial draft. I'll need to go back and add to it, fix some things with my arguments and add a possible 20 minutes of extra content to what I already have pegged out. I think despite how contentious it might be; it'll make for something interesting whether you like my take or not.
As for the Marion part; I think a big push to really just get something workable was a joke I put in the video for a friend, . He's a WAAAY better video producer than me. His work is up there with the modern quality of video essays. I'm barely treading the quality of folks like Runningshine and Lute, where they make videos that are simply edited but feel more genuine in their takes an analysis. I want that genuine side but I also want to push my humor even if it feels a little esoteric at points [why was there a deus ex malkavian mod joke out of nowhere? because I saw it once and thought it would be perfect for the part in the video where I had it put in]
But that joke with Bleek got me to just go and just get the damn thing done. I'm glad for that. Even if it was a dumb joke in a single part of the video.

As for the title on youtube? Not sure if most folks care but to cover my ass; I'll address it.
"4chan's favorite romance" was suggested by Watsup during a discussion in his stream chat. He frequents 4chan's /trash/ board, which is where a good community of people who don't fit into the other adult topic sections of the site go to post. Mostly it's the unofficial furry board. /tfg/ [Transformation General] will occasionally bring up Changeling Tale in their discussions. Commonly, Marion is brought up either with a piece of fanart or something. If there's any representation of Changeling Tale there; it's commonly Marion. Again, Marion just manages to be such a big hook for folks by just telling a story about a nice woman who hates changes getting turned into a cow over the course of 3 story chapters.

If you've watched these videos, whether you liked them or hated them; thank you. I don't make these to be famous. I'm doing this because 5 years ago, I wanted to make a video on why I liked this VN. Which eventually bloomed into a huge endeavor that I'm sure I'll look back at and really wish I got into something else instead. But if not for CT; there wouldn't be a Billie Corneja.

Although, I'd prolly wouldn't be as broke with all the comms I've paid for over the years :V
