What does this bot do and what features does it offer?

User Authentication (user must authenticate to interact with the bot, standard users and admin users)
Incoming Pictures are stored in folders, each user has it´s own folder
Pictures are renamed automatically
User Activity Tracking and logging
Multi Language (currently en,de)
Run as a Windows service
