Obfuscation support for multiple inputs and outputs (#8)

* Allow modification of the default value of the obfuscated filename suffix

* Rename input parameter InputFilePath to InputFilePaths.
Rename output parameter OutputFilePath to OutputFilePaths.
Enhancement: Obfuscation support for multiple inputs and outputs.

Add DependencyFiles configuration item.
