Here's how I'm able to build this.

0) Download and install the Hexagon SDK 3.0

1) Put this directory in Qualcomm/Hexagon_SDK/3.0/examples/common
	(Yes, I know that's horrible.  I tried to fight the build system
	unsuccessfully last week.  I'll work on fixing it.)

2) Copy the "glue" directory from another example in examples/common to this directory.
   for example: cp -r ../median3x3_v60/glue .

3) make tree VERBOSE=1 V=hexagon_Release_dynamic_toolv72_v60

4) make tree VERBOSE=1 V=android_Release

5) adb root ; adb remount

6) adb push android_Release/ship/graph_app /data

7) adb push hexagon_Release_dynamic_toolv72_v60/ship/libhexagon_nn_skel.so /system/vendor/lib/rfsa/adsp/

8) adb reboot ; sleep 10; adb wait-for-device ; adb root ; adb remount     # (not sure if really necessary)

9) adb shell /data/graph_app
