This is a ticketing system that supports 2 users (IT manager & normal user) User: - Raise a ticket - Check status of his tickets - re-new a ticket - copy a ticket & create similar ticket IT Manager: - check all the tickets (completed & not completed) - sort all the tickets wrt to date created - check details of a ticket, comment, resolve & mark completed - re-new a ticket
