Now each level has own subset of styles, like rotation or font styles.
Added HighchartsAdapter requirement.
Axis label formatter option was only applied to grouped labels. Now it is working across all of them.

I noticed that if I added an xAxis label formatter function, it wouldn't be applied for the top most xAxis labels.
tickProto.addLabelnow works more liketickProto.addGroupedLabels
