This is a fork of AspNetCore to experiment with a progress indicator when booting Blazor (currently only implemented for client-side Blazor / WebAssembly, but trivial to expand to server-side as well).

1. inside src/Components/Browser.JS, restore npm packages
2. run npm run build:debug to generate a new blazor.webassembly.js

1. you need to provide a div in your wwwroot/index.html: <div id="blazorBootPercentage"></div>. If it isn't there, this will silently skip (by design), as it will be assumed you don't want a progress bar. You're responsible for styling this meaningfully.
2. after each build (sorry), you need to manually replace bin\Debug\netstandard2.1\dist\_framework\blazor.webassembly.js with the one generated above. (Possibly netstandard2.0 in your case.)
